We admit it. We love Bluey and Bingo almost as much as the kids do! At Bluey.tv, the official Bluey site, you can find free episodes, read-alouds, and fun and creative Bluey-inspired activities that will give your kiddos the chance to explore their world alongside Bluey and Bingo.

This printer-friendly craft is so much fun! Print the black-and-white template and the step-by-step instructions. Let your squirts get creative with the colors they use for the flowers. You can help them assemble the crowns and they can wear them the rest of the school day to show they definitely belong on Rug Island!

2. Learn How to Draw the Heeler Family

Get your crayons and pencils ready — it’s time to bring the Heeler family to life! 🎨 Gather your little artists and dive into this creative adventure. Download the step-by-step templates and let students pick their favorite characters: will they choose Bluey, Bingo, Dad, Mum, Muffin, or Socks?

Start by guiding them through the fun, easy steps to sketch their chosen pup. Encourage them to add their own unique touches — maybe a cool outfit for Bluey or a wacky hat for Bingo!

Once everyone has their masterpieces, create a “Heeler Family Art Gallery” on the classroom wall. Display their drawings on colorful backgrounds, and add labels with each artist’s name and their character’s name. For extra fun, let students write or dictate a short story about what their Heeler is up to in their picture!

3. Where’s Bingo? 🐾Scavenger Hunt

Tell the kids: “Bingo’s gone on a big adventure, and it’s up to YOU to find her!” First, download and print the adorable Bingo cut-outs — these little friends are ready to hide! Snip them out carefully, then sneakily tape them in fun spots all around the classroom.

Now the real fun begins — time to search high and low! Use hints like, “Look UNDER the chair!” or “Check ABOVE the bookshelf!” to guide your little detectives. Once all eight Bingos are found, it’s their turn to be the hider and trick you or their friends. Get everyone giggling by encouraging them to use clues like true scavenger hunt pros!

4. Build Your Own Cubby — A Cozy Adventure Awaits!

Ready to create the ultimate hideout? 🏠✨ Let’s build a cubby that’s perfect for reading, imagining, or just hanging out with friends! Start with simple materials like cardboard boxes, sheets, cushions, and craft supplies. Follow the step-by-step instructions to design your dream cubby, whether it’s a cozy little nook or a wacky, whimsical fort!

Display idea: Create a sign for the cubby room like “Bingo’s Beach Shack” or “Bluey’s Book Nook.” Add twinkly fairy lights, colorful flags, or fun decorations made by the kids to make the cubbies extra special. A cubby adventure is the perfect mix of creativity, teamwork, and cozy fun.

5. Cubby Maze

Speaking of cubbies, get ready for some maze-solving fun! Download and print an exciting maze where Dad needs help navigating through the cubbies to reach the toilet. It’s a hilarious challenge inspired by Bluey’s world that kids will love. If they enjoy this one, explore a variety of  Bluey mazes to keep the fun going!

6. Bluey Charades — Let’s Get Silly…Muffin-Style!

It’s time for some giggles and goofy fun with Bluey Charades! 🐾🎭 Get ready to bring the Heeler family's adventures to life with this easy and exciting game. Start by printing out the low-prep charades cards and cutting them out — each card has a fun action or scenario inspired by Bluey and her friends.

Gather your kiddos and explain the rules: one person picks a card and acts out what’s on it without using words, while the rest of the class guesses. Maybe they’ll be a dancing fairy, a silly robot, or a kangaroo on a bouncy mission! The first one to guess correctly gets a turn to pick a card and act out the next one.

Add a playful twist: Encourage your little performers to use props or sound effects to make their charades even funnier. You could also create a “Charades Stage” by taping down a special performance area on the floor or decorating a small corner with Bluey-themed props.

7. Bug Inspector Checklist — Let’s Discover Tiny Friends!

Before we head outdoors, get inspired by watching the Bluey episode “Slide,” where Bluey and Lila meet their bug friends. 🐞🐜 It’s the perfect way to spark curiosity and get everyone excited for their own bug adventure!

Next, grab your Bug Inspector Checklist and get ready to explore. Head outside to search for fascinating insects like ants, ladybugs, butterflies, and maybe even that big blue guy — just like in the show! Encourage your little inspectors to use magnifying glasses to get a closer look and to draw or describe what they find on their checklist.

Add a creative touch: Once their bug hunt is complete, let kids design their own “Bug Friend Trading Cards” featuring the critters they spotted. They can give their bugs names, draw pictures, and even write a fun fact about each one.

8. Bluey Finger Football

The perfect rainy day craft! Try playing finger football with these low-prep templates. All you’ll need are some scissors, glue sticks, and a scrunched-up piece of paper to act as a ball. Let each kiddo carefully cut around the characters and goals. Cutting out the holes for their fingers to fit through is probably a grown-up job. Now… let’s play!

9. Write Your Own Bandit “Heller” Letter — A Silly Spin on Snail Mail!

Get ready to giggle and get creative with letter-writing, Bluey-style! 📝💌 In “Letter,” Nana reads Bluey and Bingo a letter their Dad had written when he was five years old — where he misspells his own name as “Bandit Heller.” After watching the episode, have kids write their own.

Start with the adorable letter-writing templates — choose from fill-in-the-blank options for beginners or simple blank lines for those ready to write their own sentences. Encourage your kids to let their imaginations run wild! They can write a thank-you note, a letter home, or a sweet message to a friend.

10. Make Flappy the Butterfly

Kids can create their own Flappy using craft sticks, colorful yarn, pipe cleaners, and beads to make a unique butterfly friend. Display their creations in the classroom by hanging the butterflies on yarn vines or branches. Add a sign that says “Our Flappy Butterfly Garden” for a cheerful and creative touch!
